This year TOP supported 3 young female teachers for 6 weeks of training in the framework of “preschool in a suitcase” organized by Youth with a Mission in Yangon.
Dina, Nelly and Maypu each work in different regions, providing quality education to the youngest. During this training they were able to make their own school materials, they discovered different kinds of teaching methods such as Montessori and they learned how to organize their work through lesson plans. Each came back inspired and encouraged in their calling to the children.
